Invictus Group was founded by George Robles, a U.S. Navy Veteran and Personal Injury Medical Liaison with a lifelong commitment to service, accountability, and mission-driven results.
George enlisted in the United States Navy just two days after the events of September 11, 2001, and completed two combat deployments in support of operations in Iraq. Following his military service, he spent nine years working as a private contractor supporting the U.S. Department of State, serving at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, and throughout various regions of the Middle East.
This extensive background instilled a deep foundation of discipline, integrity, and the ability to operate effectively in high-stakes environments — qualities that now define the way Invictus Group serves personal injury law firms.
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Invictus Group is built on trust, transparency, and real relationships. Unlike directories or automated platforms, every provider in the network is carefully vetted to ensure they understand the unique medical, legal, and documentation needs of personal injury cases.
Today, Invictus Group works directly with attorneys, case managers, and medical providers across Texas and New Mexico, providing reliable access to trusted care — with no fees to the law firm.
